It begins with the premise, "At 211 degrees, water is hot. At 212 degrees, it boils. And with boiling water, comes steam. And with steam, you can power a train. Just one extra degree makes all the difference."
Register today for VYSA's Spring Technical Skills Training Program. This year we are adding a Goalkeeper Program. Registrants get the choice of Technical Skills Program or our NEW Goalkeeper Program. Strength and Conditioning is included with both programs.
This program is designed to hone your soccer player's technical skills abilities, speed, agility and fitness.
Our soccer trainers will be Chris Riley and Joe Picco.
Bryan McGovern, from Binghamton University, will be conducting the strength and conditioning portion of the program.
Also NEW this spring is an 8 week goalkeeper program which will be run by Chris Grafton, SUNY Broome Women's Goalkeeper Coach.
Not only will your kids be honing their technical soccer abilities, but they will also be improving their strength and conditioning levels as well. This is a 8 week training program beginning on Wednesday April 26th, 2017 . See below for more details.
